The Midnight Choir Social Clubs sound was born in the gospel tents of the New Orleans Jazz Festival, the protester filled streets of Selma and the soul driven back porch whiskey Blues.
The drums and bass provide the funky solid rhythm and beat which forms the bedrock of the band. The guitar and saxophone carry the energy to a fever pitch. The vocals, led by David Ballman and assisted by the Resistor Sisters, ride the wave over the edge drenching everybody in sight. Creating a wall of sound that makes both the angels and the demons dance for joy. Special guest gospel great Robert Robinson will join the band for a number of songs throughout the evening.

The Midnight Choir Social Club will bring original songs about social justice and the battle for spiritual equality and creative covers from the Staple Singers to Tennessee Ernie Ford.
The Midnight Choir Social Club is both reverent and irreverent, like a mystic.
