Alexandra Green is a singer/songwriter.

Her songs are full of contradictions; anguished but resilient, observational but introspective, sometimes funny, sometimes weird, sometimes foreboding or even downright terrifying, always emotional and strong.

Alex enjoys telling stories most. Her collection of stories comprise a breathtakingly emotional and unique world- one populated by conniving scoundrels, a lovable dog, a vengeful ghost, villainous murderers, a hazardous horse, ex-boyfriends, philanderers, stalkers, and a dying veteran of the Vietnam war.

The upcoming E.P. Moonbear and the full-length album Don’t Come Find Me are fascinating collections of lyrically direct, musically unique songs. The records introduce the excellent mandolinist Eric Badger (who plays multiple instruments on the recordings), Minneapolis drummer Clint Trotter (Days of Rae, North Styrenn) singer Brienne Foyt, percussionist Dylan Anderson, and producer/multi-instrumentalist Ian Carleton (Days of Rae).
