Dedric Clark is the lead vocalist and lyricist of The Social Animals. In the last two years, they have shared the stage with The Shins, Moon Taxi, played the Firefly Music Festival, and joined a full U.S. tour with The All-American Rejects and Dashboard Confessional. Off the stage, they have worked with many influential creators, including Paul Kolderie (Radiohead, Pixies), Steve Berlin (Deer Tick, Los Lobos), and Chris Carrabba (Dashboard Confessional).

When Dedric is not on tour with The Social Animals, (which is rare), he plays stripped down solo shows to keep himself fresh and to try out new material.
