Twin Citizen is composed of Joe Hartley on vocals/guitar, Adam Lifto on lead guitar, Paul Narlock on bass, Will Hanson on keys, and Joe Diaz on drums. Twin Citizen’s music is a unique, accessible, funk, alternative, synth, progressive, and independent style of music that reflects a vast spectrum of musical interests, influences, and life experiences.
